There are 2 ways to redirect an email:
1. With a domain on cPanel
Login to cPanel.
Locate and click on the "Forwarders" icon within the "Mail" category.
Open the Forwarder page from within cPanel.
Click on the "Add Forwarder" button.
Click the Add Forwarder button.
Enter the configuration you desire for the forwarder.
Configure the Forwarder account.
Click the "Add Forwarder" button.
2. DNS Management on Client Area
Login to Client Area
Go to Domains > My Domains > Manage Domain > Name Servers
Use this nameservers:
esolutionshost.mars.orderbox-dns.com
esolutionshost.earth.orderbox-dns.com
esolutionshost.venus.orderbox-dns.com
esolutionshost.mercury.orderbox-dns.com
Now go to Management Tools > Email Forwarding and add the email you want to redirect to.
